Observations
Stuff I noticed while rereading the fourth book, in other words just a bunch of random thoughts I had that somehow relate to Cedric, maybe a few that don't...

- Did you know...that if he were alive today (and if he were real, of course) Cedric would be 23?  Uh-huh.  Interesting, no?

- I think the animal that best represents Cedric is not his house mascot the badger, but the unicorn.  You know, the pure, innocent, embodiment of all things good?  And he has a unicorn hair wand!  I go into a bit more detail about this on the name page.

- Why do people seem to think Cho is some kind of evil manipulative whore?  There's really no evidence in the books to support this...as far as we can see she's not all that bad.  She even seems to show a little regret when Harry asks her to the ball and she can't go.  I guess it's because people want Harry to go get a new crush because they think he should end up with Draco/Hermione/Ginny/someone else.  Which really isn't Cho's fault, but...

- I really don't think the Harry/Cho thing has a snowball's chance anyway.

- Why am I talking about Harry and Cho now?  This isn't their page...

- Cho is a female, Ravenclaw version of Cedric.  She is!  Both Seekers, both generally nice people, both described as "extremely pretty/handsome", both smart...so maybe Cho will be the next one to die?

- Why does Hufflepuff house have to have such an (in my opinion) uninteresting color scheme?  Yellow and black.  And it doesn't help that yellow is my least favorite color either...

- Hufflepuff is the most underappreciated house.  I mean, sure, everyone hates the Slytherins because they're evil, but at least they get SOME attention.  And everyone says bad stuff about the Hufflepuffs too, like they're "a bunch of duffers" (Hagrid), and Malfoy says "Imagine being in Hufflepuff - I think I'd leave, wouldn't you?"  Not that I'd trust Malfoy's opinion on anything...

- Cedric was the REAL Hogwarts Champion, by the way.  Not Harry, because for one thing Harry didn't even enter himself - at least Cedric was brave enough to do that.  And the reason Harry was picked is because Moody/Crouch Jr. entered him under another school's name, so I guess Harry was the real champion of that school, whatever it was.  I'm not bashing on Harry or anything, I'm just saying...

- What kind of broom does Cedric have?  A Comet 260, like Cho's?  We never did find out...

- And furthermore, what happens to his broom and his wand now that he, er, isn't around to use them anymore?  Are wizards buried with their wands, just to make sure someone else can't use them?

- Why do people (especially the Gryffindors, grr) think Cedric is an idiot?  Like Fred (or George, I forget) says "He's only silent because he's too thick to string two words together," and then there were Harry's lovely comments about how Cedric is "a useless pretty boy who didn't have enough brains to fill an eggcup."  And then Ron: "That idiot, Hogwarts Champion?"  Guys, it was only ONE QUIDDITCH MATCH where Cedric beat Harry, and that was because Harry fell off his broom.  _Get_OVER_it._

- Okay...if Cedric was "a lot" taller than Harry, and Cho was "a head shorter" than Harry...imagine the height difference between Cedric and Cho. O_o It'd look really weird...he'd look like her father almost, and could you imagine them dancing together? *is not a Cedric/Cho shipper*

- It's not fair...Cedric never even SAYS anything in the third book.  Seriously, I mean, it says stuff like "Cedric congratulated Harry on acquiring such a superb replacement for his Nimbus" but he doesn't really...SAY anything.  The first thing we ever hear him say is "Hi," to the Weasleys and Harry on Stoatshead Hill in the fourth book, and then "Harry fell off his broom, Dad, I told you - it was an accident," and so on.

- According to this page, Cedric is the sixth most "important" character in the books, judging by how many times each character's name was mentioned in the books.  First is Harry (duh), then Ron, Hermione, Draco, Fred, then Cedric, as his name was mentioned 368 times in all the books (so far).  Interesting, huh?  I only wonder why Fred was so high on the list...
